By participating in the Help This TV program (the "Program"), operated by It's Relevant TV LLC (d.b.a It's Relevant TV), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview & Terminology

The Program allows individuals ("Referrers" or "Bounty Hunters") to submit locations with poor television experiences. If It's Relevant TV successfully signs that location as a paying customer, the Referrer may be eligible for a $50.00 USD Finder's Fee (the "Bounty" or "Reward"), subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

• Residency: This Program is strictly open to legal residents of the United States.
• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• Independent Status: Participation in this Program does not make you an employee, partner, or agent of It's Relevant TV. You are acting as an independent referring party.

3. Earning a Reward

To qualify for the $50 Reward, the following conditions must be met:

• One Reward Per Location: Only one (1) $50 Reward will be paid per physical business location. Rewards are strictly distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple users submit the same location, only the first verified submission will be eligible.
• Successful Conversion: The submitted location must sign up for any tier or level of paid service with It's Relevant TV.
• Minimum Retention: The submitted location must remain an active customer and pay for at least one (1) full month of service before the Reward is unlocked and eligible for payout.
• No Harassment: Referrers are strictly prohibited from harassing, spamming, or disrupting the operations of the businesses they submit. You are acting as a scout, not a sales representative.

4. Tracking Your Submissions

Referrers can check the status of their submitted locations at any time. Simply visit helpthistv.com and enter the email address used during submission to view a dashboard of your pending, duplicated, and successful tips.

5. Payouts & Payment Methods

• Processing Time: Once a location completes its first paid month of service, It's Relevant TV will process the Reward within a reasonable timeframe.
• PayPal Default: Rewards are typically distributed electronically via PayPal.
• Receiving Funds: The Referrer must be able to accept payments via PayPal using the email address they provided during their submission.
• Alternative Arrangements: If a Referrer cannot use PayPal, they must contact It's Relevant TV at support@itsrelevant.com prior to the Reward being issued to make alternative payment arrangements. It's Relevant TV is not responsible for funds sent to unmonitored or unverified PayPal email addresses.

6. Zero-Tolerance Fraud & Originality Policy

To maintain the integrity of the Program, we strictly enforce the following rules regarding photographic evidence:

• Original Photography Only: The submitter must be the original creator of the photograph. Submitting photos owned by third parties, downloaded from review sites (e.g., Google Maps, Yelp), or generated via AI is strictly prohibited.
• Proof of Presence: Photographs must be taken at the time of submission. We reserve the right to review image metadata (EXIF data) to verify the time, date, and location of the photograph.
• Permanent Disqualification: Any attempt to defraud the Help This TV program using altered, stolen, or spoofed imagery will result in the immediate forfeiture of any pending bounties and a permanent ban from the platform.

7. Photo Release & Privacy Guarantee

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following regarding the photos you submit:

• Photo Release: You grant It's Relevant TV a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any photographs you submit. This includes sharing the photo directly with the reported business as evidence of their TV's status, as well as using the photo in promotional materials, website content, social media, advertisements, and videos.
• Strict Anonymity: We deeply respect your privacy as a scout. Your personal identity (including your name and email address) will never be publicly attached to the photograph when used in promotional materials.
• Business Shield: We act as a protective shield between you and the reported business. We will never provide your personal information or contact details to the business you are reporting. You will remain 100% anonymous to the location you submit.

8. Taxes & Reporting

Referrers are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with their earned Rewards. As required by the United States government, It's Relevant TV will issue a 1099 tax form to any individual who earns Rewards totaling $600 or more in a single calendar year. If your earnings approach this threshold, you will be required to provide a valid W-9 form before further payouts can be released. If you do not reach the government-mandated threshold, tax forms will not be collected or issued.

9. Program Modifications & Termination

It's Relevant TV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Help This TV Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of program termination, any pending locations that successfully complete their first paid month of service within 30 days of the termination date will still be honored. It's Relevant TV reserves the final right to determine whether a submission is valid, duplicated, or eligible for a payout.
